1. call your mobile voicemail from your mobile phone (quick dialing=5500)
2. go to the main menu
3. press key 2 to go to the settings menu
4. press key 1 to go to the PIN menu
5. press key 1 to change the PIN number of the voicebox
6. enter your desired PIN and confirm it with the hash key
E-Plus
1. call your mobile voicemail from your mobile phone (quick dialing=9911)
2. press the star key to go to the main menu
3. press key 3 to go to the personal options menu
4. press key 1 to go to the PIN menu
5. press key 1 to change the voicemail PIN
6. enter your desired PIN and confirm it with the hash key
7. confirm your new PIN with key 1
